  • Strategy & Transformation teams to scope ideas and tie strategy into Value and Work observing overlapping of ideas and strategies. Also provides a structure to identify your organizational strengths and weaknesses and a yardstick to evaluate your competition.

  • Journey Experience teams to illustrate what the consumer, employee or partner is experiencing tied into organizational work to identify what we can change internally to improve their experience.

  • Technology teams to identify the impact of technology rationalization efforts, finding new technologies or identifying impact when a technology solution is down in production.

  • Process Modelling team to identify which process to delve into first and the scope of the process modelling efforts.

  • Project teams to provide a framework to break down work into implementable pieces for project execution and then to roll those pieces back up to report on the outcomes
